Welcome to our home
The yoghurtrooms is part of Busses Farm in a conversion of our former organic yoghurt factory. The farm has remained organic, both fad and fertilizer-free, for more than 32 years. We are also members of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. Our remit is to enhance and protect the native wildlife and habitats that thrive around our home through green farming practices.Take a look around
In your immediate vicinity are the accommodation facilities - the log cabin, Yogyurt campsite, apartment house, and of course the yoghurtrooms. Our home and Farm Shop - with our own and local produce - are here too, so we are on hand for anything you need. Walk a bit further to the henhouse and collect your own eggs for breakfast. You are free to peruse and choose from our acre of organic garden full of fresh vegetables and a dedicated farm greenhouse.A place to escape
Our part of Sussex is great place to escape, as you will find rich and diverse wildlife. On the farm itself you can expect to see cows, chickens, Mandarin ducks and sheep. Across our 200 acres of fields and 100 acres of woodland you will be able to see and hear live deer, rabbits, hare, partridges, pheasants and woodpeckers. Furthermore, to make your stay more enjoyable we have made all of the land accessible.Feel free to amble and explore
You may want to take time out and explore our five landscaped ponds which have proved popular picnic locations. We have rowing boats and fishing rods you can use if you fancy time out fishing. Or if you’d like a bike ride we have mountain bikes ready for you to take off for a spin to explore the area.Get involved in green farming
Naturally we welcome and encourage helpers. Why not don some overalls and get involved feeding the animals or working in the organic garden? We are always striving to improve the environmental value of our farmland, so there may well be an agri-environment project we need a hand with, so don’t hesitate to ask how you can be part of our green farm.
